Come to school 13 to 19 May to find out about services available to support you with your mental health during Mental Health Awareness Week, and how to improve your mental wellbeing.

What’s happening next week?
- Nottingham City’s Mental Health Support Team (MHST) will be here throughout the week delivering assemblies to Years 7 to 10.
- On Wednesday and Thursday lunch, our Wellbeing Ambassadors will be selling green ribbon pin badges for 50p to raise awareness and to raise money for the Mental Health Foundation. They will be joined by Be U Notts, The Mix, Base 51 and the MHST, who will be telling children about their services.
- To finish off the week, we are inviting all students and staff to wear one item of green clothing on Friday for Wear it Green Day. Swap one item of uniform for something green (blazers must still be worn).
The theme of Mental Health Awareness Week is ‘Move for your Mood’. So, on Friday lunchtime, teachers are challenging students to a penalty shootout!
There will be a small charge of 50p for 3 shots at goal to help raise money for the Mental Health Foundation.
