The school uses the Nottingham City school term dates as a basis for our annual school calendar. However, there are also five INSET days that are additionally chosen by the school. The Nottingham City Term Dates may be used as a guide until the confirmed school calendar is released.

Booking your Appointments for Parents’ Evenings
We see parents as partners in their child’s education.
Two-way communication between home and school will help students make the best possible progress at The Bulwell Academy. The dates of our Parents' Evenings are given above.
All parents/carers will have the opportunity to book a short appointment with each of their child’s teachers – via our online booking system – to discuss their child’s progress.
Nearer the date of the Parents’ Evening, you will be sent an invitation to book your appointments:
- Download the Arbor Parent App if you haven’t already—you will need the email address that the school uses to contact you.
- Log in to Arbor Parent and look for Guardian Consultations, then select the appointments that suit your schedule.
- Reach out to the school office if you encounter any issues with the booking process.
