Flu Vaccinations, Friday 5 December 2025
If you would like your child to receive the flu vaccine in school this year, please click on the red button below to complete the online consent form. If you wish to decline, please use the same link to complete the ‘No Consent’ form. The online consent form will close on Friday 21 November 2025.
NOTE: Vaccinations are only administered where parent / carer consent has been provided.

ABOUT THE SECONDARY SCHOOL VACCINATION PROGRAMME
The Secondary School Immunisation & Vaccination Team comes into the Academy throughout the year to provide vaccinations to our students.
