What is Early Help?

Early Help means getting the right support when you need it. That is ‘The Right Help at The Right Time’. It’s about different groups working together to help families, children, and young people. The Early Help service listen to families and use their experiences to help them get stronger and reach their goals. It includes things like making sure children and young people grow up healthy, do well in school, feel good mentally and physically, have good family relationships, and stay safe from harm.
