8 October 2020: Confirmed Case of Covid-19
We have been advised by Public Health England that there has been a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the school. We have been instructed to send a whole year group home – Year 10 – as they may have been in close contact with the affected child.
The letter to Year 10 Parents/Carers with full guidance regarding self-isolating has been sent home with every Year 10 student, and also sent by SIMS Parent, email and text. Year 10 should not return to school until 2 November (after half-term). Students who are well should access online learning to continue their lessons at home – click on the blue button below for more information.
